Our White Glove service includes professional delivery to your room of choice, full assembly of the massage chair, and removal of all packaging materials for a completely stress-free experience.
Do Osaki massage chairs come with a warranty?
Yes, all new Osaki chairs include a standard manufacturer's warranty covering parts and labor for the first year, with extended warranty options available for up to five years of total coverage.
Can I use the massage chair if I have a pre-existing medical condition?
While massage chairs offer numerous health benefits, we recommend consulting with your physician before use if you have a pacemaker, are pregnant, or have chronic back or neck injuries.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied with your chair, you can return it in its original packaging; however, please note that return shipping fees and restocking fees may apply.
