Securely repack the massage chair in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and components to ensure safe transit.

Once your return is authorized, we will help coordinate a white-glove freight pickup or provide a shipping label for your convenience.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
